Extensive customer service experience—both face-to-face and on the phone, as well as prior work in the legal field, helped Gerri easily assimilate into the administrative support team at our Arlington Heights office. She is empathetic and patient, having honed the latter skill in her six years as a corporate technical trainer, and feels her positive attitude and affinity for teamwork leads to success and satisfaction in any situation. Gerri loves all animals, and especially dogs and horses. After spending several years living on the “left coast,” she is happy to be back home in the Chicago area.
