Andrea’s legal career began in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice of a large Chicago firm, where she learned how to make sense of intricate federal regulations, developed a strategic mindset for long-term planning, and honed her ability to communicate complex matters in a clear, accessible way. She eventually followed her passion for more meaningful, one-on-one client relationships, shifting her focus to helping individuals and families plan for aging, preserving assets to care for themselves and their loved ones, and addressing issues related to disability. She now focuses her practice on estate planning, elder law (including long-term care and special needs planning), and estate and trust administration, and finds great fulfillment in walking alongside clients during life’s important transitions. Andrea’s work in elder law and special needs planning extends beyond professional interest. Her father’s Alzheimer’s journey has deepened her understanding of the emotional and practical realities families encounter when navigating complex care decisions, strengthening her resolve to provide thoughtful, comprehensive counsel to those she serves. Out of the office, Andrea enjoys reading, gardening, and spending quality time with her two children and the rest of her big, fat Greek family.
